Cancel the band, cancel the posts
Pull an event off the calendar and every scheduled post for it disappears with it. No apologizing for promoting a show that isn't happening.
For bars, taprooms & wineries
Trivia Tuesday, a food truck Thursday, a band Friday — or a release weekend, a club pickup, live music on the patio. You booked all of it weeks ago, and by Wednesday afternoon nobody has posted a thing. We fix that with a website that posts your own calendar to Instagram and Facebook, every day, without anyone opening an app.
$200 to build it, then $40/month. Month to month — cancel any time.
Sound familiar
Friday
The band loads in at eight. The post went up at six, from the phone, behind the bar, between two tickets — if it went up at all.
"Tonight?"
Regulars who would have come, and didn't, because the only place the schedule lived was a chalkboard by the door.
3 weeks
How long the last "we're going to post every day" plan lasted. It is not a discipline problem. It is a staffing problem.
How it works
Your calendar lives on your website. Everything else reads from it — so the website, Instagram and Facebook can never disagree about what's on tonight.
A fast, phone-first site with your events, your taps, your hours and directions that actually work.
Band, trivia, food truck, game. Same amount of typing as a chalkboard, done once.
Each event becomes a branded square for the feed and a vertical frame for Stories, with the real name, time and cover on it.
Two days ahead, the night before, the morning of. To Instagram and Facebook. Nobody touches a phone.
Built for the way a bar runs
Pull an event off the calendar and every scheduled post for it disappears with it. No apologizing for promoting a show that isn't happening.
Trivia every Tuesday, karaoke every Thursday, tasting-room hours every weekend — entered once, posting every week with the right date each time.
Every graphic is checked before it goes. A long band name that would overflow gets rebuilt to fit rather than published looking wrong.
Posts claim their slot before publishing, so a hiccup at 9am never puts the same graphic up twice.
Your Page and your Instagram stay yours. We connect through Meta's official tools, you approve it, and you can revoke it whenever you like.
Slow week, kitchen closed, remodel? Pause everything and nothing goes out until you say so.
Taproom or tasting room? Same offer, same machinery. A release weekend, a club pickup or a food truck lands on the calendar exactly like a band does, and posts the same way. Everything below applies to you too.
We know this room
We run Heat Trivia, which sells hosted trivia nights to bars and restaurants, and Heat Karaoke, which runs karaoke shows with the request queue and the text club to match. We have stood behind the setup at close on a Saturday.
We also built Find the Fun Tri-Cities, a regional event calendar that has been posting to Facebook and Instagram unattended since launch — one feed post and three Stories for every event day, with the graphics rendered from live event data. That is the same engine we point at your week.
So this is not a template shop that also does bars. It is a bar-and-venue toolkit that happens to include your website.
Pricing
To get started
$200 one time
Design and build of your site, your brand setup, and the automation connected to your Page and Instagram. Billing does not start until you are live.
Then
$40 / month
Hosting, SSL, updates and your week posting itself. Month to month — cancel whenever, and your content leaves with you.
Or $480/year billed annually.
On email: Mailboxes are not included. Enquiries from your website forms are delivered to whatever address you already use, at no extra cost — but we do not host inboxes as part of the plan. If you want proper name@yourbusiness.com email, we will happily set it up with you and point the domain correctly; the mailbox itself is billed by whoever provides it.
If you leave: Your content is yours — photos, words, event and product data, and every enquiry the site has taken. We export it on request, whenever you ask. The design and the automation are not portable: they run on our system rather than being licensed to you, so they stop when the plan does.
Somewhere else entirely? The same machinery suits event centers, venues and studios — see who it fits and we'll quote you on the same footing.
Questions
Usually the opposite. "Sometimes" is the problem — the algorithm rewards showing up daily, and no bar has someone free to do that at 9am. This handles the routine posting so whoever runs your page can spend their time on the things a machine can't do: replying to comments, reposting customer photos, the live stuff.
We would rather build fresh, and it is usually the cheaper answer. Our sites are built so the calendar feeds the posts directly — when we build both halves they fit, and the whole thing stays one clean theme. Making an existing site do that means working around whatever it was built with, and honestly that can cost more in the end than a clean build. If you want to keep your site we will work with it — we will look under the hood first and give you real numbers before you decide.
Change the calendar and the posts follow. Anything not yet published updates or disappears with the event. Anything already posted stays up, because it was true when it went out — but you can pull it from your Page like any post.
No. Recurring nights are entered once and repeat. In practice most bars are adding the one-offs — the band, the special, the game — which is a couple of minutes.
A Facebook Page for the bar, and an Instagram account switched to Business or Creator and connected to that Page. If you don't have those, setting them up is part of onboarding.
A straightforward bar site is usually a couple of weeks from the deposit, depending on how quickly we get your logo, photos and the first month of events. We run test posts with you watching before anything goes public.
Your regular nights, what changes week to week, and where the schedule lives now. We'll come back with a plan, a posting schedule and a firm start date.
